Description
The webinar will aim to highlight the importance of critical thinking in the work that we do and considers if the necessary skills can be nurtured. It will explore if some people are naturally just better at this and what may lead to that conclusion. It aims to provide some ideas and a framework to apply for those who have not yet had the opportunity to fully develop their critical thinking, as well as re-energizing those who may already be proficient in this area. The RED Framework will be introduced (Recognise Assumptions, Evaluate Arguments, Draw Conclusions), demonstrating how and when to apply it.
