This presentation aims to acknowledge the challenges faced by Clinical Data Management organizations while providing guidelines to ensure quality is upheld through major change and transition.

Change within Clinical Data Management is inevitable. This presentation will feature examples of successful changes within processes, technology, and resources to ensure attendees have a thorough understanding of successful implementation practices and the confidence, based on proven change management theories and methodologies, to drive improvement in their organizations.

Dr. Joy Allen is an accomplished and forward-thinking Director with over 20 years in the Clinical Research industry. Her depth of experience in clinical trial management spans all trial phases (pre-clinical, I-IV) and includes roles in clinical project management, clinical operations, and data management across global, cross-functional teams. For many years, she has been dedicated to supporting emerging biotech companies through the oversight and operationalization of FIH studies within rare disease and oncology therapeutic areas, particularly with cell gene therapy (CGT) and adoptive cell (ADT/CAR-T) therapies. In her current role, specializing in emerging therapies targeting the treatment and cure of prostate cancer, she oversees a team of forward-thinking researchers dedicated to optimizing clinical outcomes for maximized patient impact.
