Paddy Lowe is widely recognised for his achievements as an innovator and technical leader in F1, such as active suspension, traction control and driving simulators.

• Executive Director / Board Member at Mercedes from 2013
• CTO at Williams from 2017

12 World Championships and 158 race wins is amongst the very highest in the history of F1. Paddy has worked with 11 World Champion drivers and lead the Mercedes team to the most successful F1 season ever recorded: 19 wins from 21 races in 2016. He is also a strategist and inspirational leader of teams.

Paddy is the founder and CEO of Zero Petroleum which has already secured the Guinness World Records® title of “First Aircraft Powered by Synthetic Fuel”. He is the recipient of multiple awards for his achievements including Fellowship of the Royal Academy of Engineering and Honorary Fellowship of Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge.
Christopher Lamplugh
Head of Global Data Management and Standards
Merck Research Labs
Christopher is an Associate Vice President and Head of Global Data Management and Standards (GDMS) at Merck & Co. GDMS provides Clinical Data Management services for ESD and LSD trials, including data standards; Interactive Response Technology (IRT); Clinical Outcomes Assessment (COA); Pharmacovigilance Case Processing; and other technical business enablement operations. Over his 15 year career at Merck, Chris worked on multiple programs across several therapeutic areas as a leader in Data Management. Chris also led the creation, expansion and operationalization of Merck’s Data Management Centers (DMCs). Located strategically in centers around the globe, the Merck DMC network provides world class Data Management (DM) deliverables & Pharmacovigilance case process requirements for Merck.

Prior to his career at Merck, Chris worked for General Electric for 10 years in Sales Management, Sales Force Effectiveness and Quality. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and is active in many initiatives and forums within the pharmaceutical industry. He has a BA from Ursinus College and an MBA from Penn State, with coursework in Health Policy from Jefferson University. Chris lives in Philadelphia with his wife and 4 children.

Throughout her career, Tanya has worked with multinational pharmaceutical companies as well as small-to-mid size biotechs and startups. She has led various data management operations and programs, heading numerous innovation teams and spearheading the development of strategies for customized data delivery solutions, focusing on timely, quality data.
