Dominika is currently managing innovative initiatives within Clinical Operations Data Strategy & Management, focusing on improvement, automations and new technologies as Innovation Manager at GSK. She has spent last decade focusing on Data Analytics & Business Intelligence, with several years in Centralized Monitoring.

Core of her expertise are Programme Management and Business Analysis within clinical trials. Dominika holds a Master's degree in Project Management, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Econometrics.
Katarzyna Konarzewska

After my PhD in Biology I have took the decision to move into the world of Pharma. During last 7 years, I have had the opportunity to work in various roles within the pharmaceutical industry, gaining valuable experience and knowledge along the way. Among others I had the privilege of being a part of the Data Standards Group where I was exhilarating experience to work closely with experts in the field, contributing to the development and implementation of robust data management practices. Subsequently, I transitioned into the role of a Clinical Data Scientist in Centralized Monitoring. This position allowed me to combine my passion for data analysis and biology. Since 2022 I'm working in GSK as Data Analytics Process Manager. I have a role between IT and business where I'm responsible for improving, defining and implementing new processes. I am passionate about improving communication with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and implementing changes while considering their perspectives.

Anna Dacewicz is a Centralized Monitoring Director in AstraZeneca Poland. She started her journey in Pharma as a data analyst in AstraZeneca's Centralized Monitoring Team back in 2017. Since 2020 she has led a cross-functional team in AstraZeneca, driving of a development and implementation of an in-house tailored Centralized Monitoring System. Her expertise span across clinical data since, agile methodologies, end emerging technologies. Anna holds a PhD in neuroscience.
