Traditional clinical data management tools often don’t take into account how important sites are for collecting clean and robust trial data. During this webinar we delve into how designing from the site perspective is important and provide examples of how User Experience (UX) methodologies and best practices can be used to address the needs of sites and ultimately the needs of Data Managers.

During the webinar, we will cover:

  1. What is UX: a basic intro into what UX is.
  2. User Research: the various research tools used to understand the Site persona.
  3. Data Grooming:
 - We explore the 3 main ways Sites collect and manage data.
 - Deep dive into UX examples within each way.
 - Understand what the site needs are, and why they are important.

His passion is guiding clients through his design process from ideation, user research, and rapid prototyping. During his free time, Elvis enjoys mountain biking, camping, and spending time with his family.

Khan is a Product Designer at CRIO who lives in Boston, MA. During his career, Khan has developed many skills and gained wide experience in different creative disciplines such as user experience, strategic & innovative design, brand design and digital, building information architecture, storytelling and interactive design. Outside of work, Khan is hunting for the next best local restaurants and playing video games.

Product Designer, Clinical Research IO
Alicia is a detail oriented creative who enjoys discovering the connections between psychology and design. As a product designer at CRIO, she works with her team to create intuitive and seamless experiences. Alicia has been driven by learning about people and helping them solve problems on the day to day.
